Thank you for using the Armour, Ryerson and Burk's Falls Agricultural Society web entry form. There are 4 steps to post your entries online:
PICK UP ENTRY TAGS AT THE ARMOUR TOWNSHIP OFFICE.
1. Membership is $5.00 per person.
2. All entry forms for exhibits in the Hall must be made to the Secretary on or before five (5) days prior to the fair.
3. No exhibitor may make more than one entry in any class except for Livestock and Poultry.
4. All exhibits to be delivered to the Hall between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Doors close at 11:00 a.m. SHARP.
5. Entries will NOT be removed until 4:30 p.m. Monday.
6. The decision of the Judges shall in all cases will be final, except when a rule of the Society has been violated.
7. Rule interpretation will be up to the discretion of three (3) Directors.
8. Membership cards allows the member entry to the fair on Labour Day Monday only.
9. From the sum or sums awarded to any member as a prize or premium, it shall be lawful for and the duty of the Secretary/Treasurer to retain $5.00 as the membership fee for the ensuing year.
10. Any person entering an article or animal contrary to the rules of the Society shall forfeit any prize he/she may be otherwise entitled to.
